Customer Service Specialist

- Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned.
- Follow up with Logistics and Fulfillment team to ensure booking/ stock available for outbound shipments.
- Alerts customers on shipment issues in advance.
- At all- time comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
- Interface with customers and sales representative to handle both pre- sales and post- sales service function.
- Manage new orders in system: process, sequence, send proforma.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Manage pending orders, consolidate orders and fulfill the shipment.

Education:
University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics.
Experience:
· At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
· Experience in customer service in manufacturing companies is a plus.
· Local candidates are preferable Ba Ria Vung Tau provice
Knowledge of:
· Knowledge of Furniture Industry is an advance.
· Knowledge of Import/Export Customs and Shipping Documentation.
· Advanced knowledge/experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Skype).
Skills and Abilities
· Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
· Familiar with maintaining customer database.
· Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.
· Proficiency in the management of resources.
· Strong competence in the use of technology and software applications including MS, ERP
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
