Customer Service Sup (Manufacturing company)

Handle and resolve all customers’ queries related to production and delivery schedule, quality control, purchase orders
Work with internal teams/stakeholders including Production, Export/Import,
Purchasing, etc. to ensure that customer’s products are produced with no quality issues
and can be delivered on schedule
Manage relationships with existing and new customers to increase orders and sales and business opportunities
Report to Deputy General Director and General Director to work together on any issues
Keep track of all customers’ concerns and ensure they are taken care of
Oversee the order processing work done by the order processing team
and ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting line: Deputy General Director and General Director
Office location: Trang Bom, Dong Nai (shuttle bus from Bien Hoa)
Personality: Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, able to work under pressure
Language: Able to communicate in English
Education: Suitable Bachelor’s degree from University
Age/experience: 30 years old and above with minimum 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor, with experience handling customers, preferably in manufacturing environment
