Customer Service ( Temporary)

• Daily update data to system and Customers
• Work with Inspection and Insurance agent if any.
• Be responsible for all processes involved in a supply chain/ logistic operation, including manufacturers, distributors, transport agents, air/shipping lines to handle transportation, stock control, warehousing, and ensure on-time delivery, lowest transport costs and highest performance evaluation.
• Claim insurance for torn cargo
• Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
• Checking the accuracy of shipping docs for import shipment
• Receive PO from customer, send PO to supplier/ oversea agent
• Issue and send shipping documents to customer: Invoice, packing list, DO, Contract, COA… for cargo from general and bonded warehouse
• Follow up PO, update shipping schedule to customer

Bachelor degree in economics or related fields. Age under 27
• SAP system knowledge is preferable.
• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
• Be dependable and truthful
• Have 6 months - 2 year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field (Welcome fresh graduated)
• Good communication of English.
• Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
CAN BE START WORK IN SEP.
