Customer Service (Transport)

Location: Maple Tree Warehouse, VSIP2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendors and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
Notify customers promptly of any changes affecting the transport plan.
Receive and process transport plans from customers or factories.
Book transportation with land carriers and coordinate with shipping lines, ports, and warehouses.
Ensure accurate and complete collection of all applicable charges.
Prepare operational reports and perform tasks assigned by the manager.
Monitor data updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer KPIs.

Requirements:

College or university degree in a relevant field
Strong time management and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in transportation or E- commerce is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Proactive, result- oriented, and willing to learn.
