We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position acts as the key liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with customers regarding lead times, delivery status, and product updates.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
Manage the order- to- delivery process, including order confirmation, changes, and follow- ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Planning, QA, Logistics) to meet service expectations.
Maintain customer data, order records, and update ERP system accurately.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fresh graduates with good command of English are encouraged to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Good command of English (both written & spoken).
