Customer Services Intern (French Company)

Account management:

Coordinate with team to build long- lasting client relationships, manage renewals, and ensure service quality.
Deliver solutions according to customer needs and prepare reports.
Resolve issues, follow up on solutions, and uphold SOA&039;s values.

HR responsibility:

Support handle tax, visa, and other administrative procedures.
Provide daily support to hosted employees.
Assist in managing hosted employee life cycle and HR tasks.
Track payments, update files, and issue invoices.

Be care, think outside of the box and confidence.
Willing to learn and can become full- time staff is a plus.
Subject to program termination if violating policies or deviating from SOA&039;s culture
ENGLISH IS A MUST (Speaking & Writing)
Recent graduates or soon- to- be graduates.
Can work full- time (5 days/week), 6 months.
