🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct trainings and give instructions on the system to partners and among BedLinker Team.
- Database management: Ensure all hotel contents such as allotment, rates, promotions, terms & conditions, ,... are updated precisely and in a timely manner.
- Coorperate with IT department to develop and maintain the stability of our online system and API connections
- Investigate and work with IT and Agents to fix errors.
- Provide administrative support to hotel partners and work closely with Contracting team to maintain long- term relationships with local hotel partners.
- Agent relationship management: constantly communicate with agent partners during the process of developing and maintaining connections, ensuring the display of BedLinker&039;s products across all channels.
🎯 WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Strong skills of communication, working organization and problem- solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher majoring in Hospitality, Economics, …
- Flexible and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure.
- Fluent in English written and verbally.
- Detail oriented, self- driven, pro- active and get things done
- Dynamic, positive and a good team player
- Able to work independent with minimal supervision
- Excellent time- management
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position within hospitality or e- commerce operation (Online Travel Agency background is a plus
