Customer Support - B2B (English)

SCOPE OF WORK
• Support customers concerns, issues, inquiries related to SSL certificates: validation, technical issues (will be trained).
• Ensure all tasks are done within required time frame set out by department procedure.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Verify documents and ensure all the applied information is accurate with the registration business; Support process orders on system.
• Support Sales Team in administration works to make sure that Sales activities go smoothly.
• Manage Promotion / Invoice / Payment of Partners
• Coordinate with Technical teams for solving problems (regarding server / system issues, bugs fixing…)
• Support processing and making purchasing order / Balance sheet monthly.
REQUIREMENTS
• Problem solving, speed at work and learning attitude
• Have experience in IT field is a big plus
• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Ability to work independently or in a team to solve all the requests and other diverse issues from customers
• Can communicate in an English- speaking environment
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles.
