Roles and Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Maintain CRM hygiene.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Classroom trainings of group of users
Translation to local language of English training materials
Responsible for providing technical support to the customers building customer relations through troubleshooting Voice Process (Domestic calls).
Training should be included
Requirements:
Friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals with a can do attitude who will thrive in a positive and team based environment.
Good team player, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Previous experience in a customer support role voice process. Domestic would be preferable. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Hands on Microsoft Excel, Basic analytical skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong proficiency in spoken and written in English/Taiwanese/Madarin/Korean/Malaysia/Japanese/Filipino with a particular emphasis on verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
Innovative thinkers and ready to work any time. Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
