We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Customer Support Team Manager to lead our operations and support our global clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams in a fast- paced, customer- centric environment and be open to working flexible hours, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company with professionalism and maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to optimize processes and mitigate risks
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Oversee a team of 50+ customer support professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients worldwide
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting collaboration and professional growth
Requirements:
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts, to collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones
Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
Strong resilience under pressure and ability to respond quickly to customer and internal needs
Experience managing teams of at least 50 individuals independently
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager, or at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the BPO or Contact Center industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Prior customer service experience, with familiarity in the customer service business preferred
