Customs Broker

- Receive import- export documents from agents and customers.
- Visit customer with sales (if need)
- Find vendors, control input costs
- Do animal and plant quarantine, inspection, quality control, apply for C/O ...
- Work with vendors to arrange means of delivery of goods
- Advise managers, customers, agents on issues related to customs/transportation procedures
- Declare electronic customs on Ecuss/Vnaccs software for all types of import- export.
- Make reports related to the work.
- Check goods information, related import- export procedures
- Monitor the work implementation process, handle arising issues and report progress and results to management and related functional departments;
- Update circulars and decrees related to import and export procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager

- Graduated from universities and colleges majoring in economics, marketing, commerce, foreign trade, maritime...
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics companies
- Proficient in using Office software (especially Excel, Word)
- Negotiation skills, report skills. Seeking new customers continuously. Pursuit of profit
- Understanding of import and export customs procedures
- Proficiency in customs declaration and declaration software.- Good English: used at work and when meeting customers
Person with upward mobility. Respect company rules
- Able to work independently, hard- working, diligent and able to withstand work pressure
Benefits
- Income: Negotiable
- Working hours:
From Monday to Friday. Morning: 08:30- 12:00, Afternoon 13:00- 17:30.
Saturday and Sunday off, however, if customers have any requests, need to action immediately.
- Take holidays according to regulations.
- Probation: 02 months
- Working location: Hanoi
- Pay social insurance after the probationary period.
