Customs Clearance

- Prepare necessary documents and procedures for import-export activities (contracts, invoices, bills of lading, C/O application, product quality registration, chemical declaration, fumigation...)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and reporting.
- Details of work will be discussed on the interview.
- Responsible for handling import and export procedures and documents.
- Responsible for all import and export processes such as customs documentation, arrange loading & unloading container schedule...
- Experience in using E-customs declaration software (E-CUS, VNACCS/VCIS)
- Transactions and contact with suppliers and customers on delivery schedules.

Communication ability, read comprehension and draft documents in English
Good communication, able to convince customers
Understanding of customs procedures, import and export.
Teamwork ability, work independently under high pressure.
Good at office computer.
Graduated from University / College majoring in Foreign Trade, Shipping Economics, Business Administration
Have 2-3 years of experience in import and export
