Customs Documentation Executive (Temporary 6 Months)

1.Preparing documents for clients’ shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).
2.Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.
3.Updating the shipment information in the system and reports.
4.Following up monthly, weekly reports.
5.Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers’ site (export shipments),
or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).
6.Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.
7.Preparing required reports (internal & external).

•College graduated or above.
•Customs Brokerage Certificate.
•At least 01 year experience in documentation of customs clearance.
•Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
•Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
•Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
•Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
•Good communication with customers.
•Disciplinary mindset.
