Customs Export Staff (Night Shift)/ Customs Import Staff

Transfer export, import documents to Finance for setting up payment and closing monthly sale.
Making and following to supply on time documents that customer&039;s requirement, such as Fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate, CO.
Follow export and import plan to collect information, make invoice, packing list, shipping advice, custom declaration form (CDF) and send CDF via system.
Support Finance to make settlement report (in accordance with financial year of Accountant).
Register consumption of each style.
Liquidate (liquidate contract, transfer surplus raw materials to new contract).
Work closely with broker/trucking service to ensure Customs clearance procedure run smoothly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
Graduated in Import Export, Foreign trade, Shipping, Trade management from College.
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in import export department of garment, shoes, bag, furniture companies.
Knowledge of:
Have knowledge in Customs liquidation process, including management of e- customs data, Customs BOM management, import- export customs declaration, reconciliation of customs data vs. company&039;s inventory balances.
Good knowledge of applying HS code to comply with Customs law.
Internet, Email, Microsoft office, Customs software programs: VNACCS.
Have knowledge of current Customs law and related regulation for import export activities and able to present customs issues to the Management in timely manner.
Update Customs laws and regulations.
Procedures of import processing and exporting shipment.
Skills and Abilities
Good communication and import export working skills.
*Working hour for Customs Export Staff: Shift 3 (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
