Customs Specialist

Submit bill of lading in As.com for sending information to Ashley Customers.
Declare Export shipment all kinds in VNACCS.
Sorting and filling export documents.
Work with trucking service to send CDF to release containers.
Process data and create shipping documents in systems (ASN, invoice, packing list, PO)
Support team member for any issues.
Create credit memo, submit CARB, update price in systems
Check pricing variance to confirm correct one for Customs Declaration, make daily container report
Other tasks are required by Supervisor, Manager.
Send document to directly and Ashley Customers.

Education
Graduated in University, College (Import- export is advantage)
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experiences in import export department of garment, shoes, bag, furniture companies.
Knowledge of:
Internet, Email, Microsoft office, VNACCS
Skills and Abilities
Good communication, solving problem and import- export working skills.
