MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Working in close cooperation with analytical team monitor and analyze secured/unsecured products performance to identify problem and potential improvements, propose andmake corrective actions
- Monitor and improve credit operations of secured/unsecured loans
- Participate in Basel II implementation project
- Participate in new retail secured/unsecured product development, campaigns and productrevisions. Discuss product initiatives in constructive way to find compromise betweenrisk control and business growth
- Support RR Policy Teamleader in secured/unsecured portfolio matters
- Prepare secured/unsecured portfolio related presentations and materials for making reports toTeamleader and Head of RR if requested
- Review secured/unsecured product programs and keep track on policies changes
- Develop, Implement, and monitor credit policies for secured/unsecured products
- Ensure compliance of secured/unsecured products regulations and processes with Bank’s internaland regulatory standards together with deep understanding on secured/unsecured segment.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Structured thinking
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking
- Communication English
- Good in presentations
- At least 2 years experience in retail banking, 1 of them in Retail Banking Product.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese banking regulations and SBV requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
