Database management system is so important to any organizations because it provides a highly efficient method for handling multiple types of data. Using this system increases efficiency of business operations and reduces overall costs, transform to digital banking and cloud computing. Therefore, DBA’s role is key to ensure business continuity and increase the productivity of organization’s operation. Besides, investigating new technologies and methods, relevant infrastructure to optimize database system also is a challenging requirement for a database administrator.

Participate in written/update database procedure documents
Execute DBA operation checklist and resolve database requests following database standard and bank policy.
Implementing Database DevOps solutions on- premises and on cloud as AWS, Oracle Cloud
Working with development, QA, and operations teams to automate the build, test, and deploy process
Review database changes/ all related documents for DevOps applications in charge
Responsible for the database performance, housekeeping tasks, integrity, and security of database. Work closely with the IT Infra System/Network/Storage and DevOps Teams, AM/PM to assist in database related duties (maintenance, upgrades, and system assessment)
Proposing cost- effective solutions, optimization, and stability

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor&039;s degree in information technology or computer science or related field of study:
AWS And/Or Oracle cloud certificated or equivalent education, training by Oracle/Microsoft/AWS/NoSQL technology

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Experience with BigData, Data streaming technology as ODI, Kafka is preferred.
Experience with migrations and upgrades
Experience with DB monitoring tool as Oracle cloud EM, Grafana
SQL tuning and database performance assessments
Source code control (Git, SVN, etc)
Experience automating routine tasks and performance and log analysis.
Experience with MySQL And/Or XML/Mongo/NoSQL technology (Redis, Elastisearch, MongoDB/ NoSQL system) And/Or Oracle/SQL
Knowledge of OS as Windows Server, Linux, AIX
Extensive experience in Public clouds, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Relevant Experience

Ensuring availability as HA, DC/DR (Active- Active, Active/Passive)
Database Performance Tuning/Troubleshooting
2+ years’ experience in Cloud platform, NoSQL system management (Redis, Elastisearch, MongoDB/ NoSQL system)
Backups and Disaster Recovery
4+ years of database experience (MySQL, NoSQL Redis/MongoDB, PostgreSQL and/or Oracle/MSSQL ), in addition to educational requirements
