Cyber Security (Senior)

ABOUT THE JOB

Ensure regular updates on the Threat Intel Program status and risks.
Coordinate with IT Security Engineering for necessary configuration uplifts.
Develop operational requirements and SOPs for Threat Intel.
Identify and coordinate threats requiring Threat Hunting activities.
Provide expertise to Business Units in building local IT Security solutions.
Leverage IOCs to enhance detection and protection capabilities.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Information Security Review process.
Lead initiatives to automate the contextualization of cyber alerts.
Deliver consultative services to stakeholders involved with Information Security Reviews.
Perform and coordinate Information Security Reviews throughout the lifecycle of projects.
Define, build, and continuously enhance the IT Security Threat Intel Platform.
Ensure the identification and remediation of key risks without delaying business objectives.
Provide measurable benefits to IT projects for successful, timely, and secure delivery.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent interpersonal, influential, communication, and presentation skills.
Leadership skills, problem- solving, and decision- making capabilities.
Desirable certifications: GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), CREST Certified Threat Intelligence Manager, EC Council Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA).
Experience with programming/scripting languages and in an operational capacity as part of a security incident response function.
5+ years of professional experience in Cyber Security/ IT Security Management/ Threat Intel/Incident Responding/ Threat Hunting/ Digital Forensic
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong decision- making capability on remediation actions to respond to security incidents.
Certifications or official training on Cloud IAAS, CASB, SIEM solutions, WAF solutions, End Point Protection solutions, Firewall & IPS solutions, NGAV and EDR solutions, Orchestration and Automation, Web, Email, and DNS Protection.
Technical experience in Identify, Protect, Detect, Response, or Recover areas.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security or a related field
Excellent knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats, attack tools, techniques, and methods used by adversaries.
