D. General Manager – commercial

Oversight of evaluation and selection of new market verticals and geographies and develop business plans and financial analyses to support entrance into those markets. Ensure proper resourcing for market development.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Group’s sales and marketing leaders to facilitate attractive career trajectories
Responsible for development and execution oversight of aligned sales and Marketing strategies to ensure achievement of Group’s commercial growth goals and financial objectives.
Oversee strategy to source and develop channel partner relationships in new verticals and geographies.
Leads the organization’s overall business development strategy by determining and evaluating the company’s core competitive differentiators; maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for vertical and geographic expansion, including international growth, customers, markets and new industry developments.

– Good working knowledge in sales field : Sales force management, leadership, negotiation.
– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or economics university . MBA preferably
– Minimum 10 years working experience, with at least 7 years in sales – marketing management position in related industry, specifically from FMCG

– Language Skills: Fluent English in 4 skills
