JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy Development and Customer Journey Mapping:
• Support Direct- to- Consumer (D2C)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) manager in developing a total customer experience (CX) strategy, customer journey, and loyalty program aligned with the overall company direction and business objectives.
• Research market trends and analyze customer behaviors and touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing communication teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and personalized messages.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop customer benefits, loyalty programs, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Work with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to implement campaigns to drive D2C sales through various channels.
• Develop marketing and integrated communication plans to promote Panasonic&039;s D2C/CRM platforms (My Panasonic App, Panasonic direct shopping website).
Platform Development:
• Support D2C/CRM manager and collaborate with IT to oversee the management and enhancement of all digital platforms, focusing on optimizing UI/UX and CX of the Mobile App and E- commerce platform.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and present reports on key CRM metrics of My Panasonic App and key D2C marketing metrics. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Administrative:
• Support D2C/CRM manager in managing budgets and expenses for D2C/CRM platforms and activities.
• Prepare day- to- day documentation, approvals, and payments as required.
