Civil Quantity Surveyors/Estimators
to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing
Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
and pricing civil works in line with industry standards and project specifications.
* What You&039;ll Do:
- Prepare accurate
Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
based on drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
- Liaise with engineers, client representatives and project managers to clarify project details and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor project costs and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required.
- Estimate and price civil works including earthworks, concrete, drainage, roadworks, and other structural elements.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

* Education
- Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Quantity Surveying
, or a related field.
- 8 years+ experience in
civil estimating
and
BoQ preparation
* Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimating software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel).
Preferred but not must have qualifications:
- Experience working with government or large- scale infrastructure projects.
