Data Analysis Specialist

Data Governance:

Monitor compliance with data policies and ensure data privacy and protection.
Document, communicate, and ensure access to the data framework company- wide.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain a consistent data framework across the Asia Strategic Group.

Data Infrastructure and Lifecycle Management:

Define and oversee the data infrastructure strategy.
Manage data acquisition and integration from various sources.
Ensure data is captured, stored, and organized efficiently.
Collaborate with the software product department for desired analytical data.

Insights generation:

Advise managers on data management options for insights.
Gather business requirements to monitor performance.
Develop solutions for insights generation and distribution.

Advanced Analytics:

Analyze data to identify causes of underperformance and share findings with stakeholders.
Research forecasting and predictive models to support timely decision- making.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Python.
At least 3 years working with the database using many programming languages.
Experience in AWS is a plus.
Experience in root cause investigation, building data governance framework or have good knowledge of data governance concept.
English proficiency is a must.
Able to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
