KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
•Minimum 1-year related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong in Database (SQL), SQL Server (T-SQL), Microsoft Office
•Advantageous: Knowledge of Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
•Strongly advantageous: Experience in UX/UI or graphic design
•Practical experience with statistic modeling, data mining, segmentation techniques, and database design & development.
•Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, and other data security peripherals.
•Must have a strong dedication to customer service.
