Data Analyst Executive

Job Summary: Analyze and manage data to support production and business operations. Provide analysis, forecasts, and visual reports to enhance the efficiency of business and production management for THACO AUTO.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Process and analyze data to create visual and automated reports.
Process Development & Management: Develop and enforce regulations and procedures for data collection and storage to ensure systematic, consistent data management across units.
IT Application: Proactively suggest and improve systems and analysis tools to optimize accuracy and performance in data analysis.
Forecasting & Solution Proposals: Identify trends and provide insights based on data analysis to support executive decision- making in production and business operations.
Data Collection & Aggregation: Implement data collection, storage, and aggregation from various levels/units under THACO AUTO, including production, sales, and operational activities.

Logical and methodical in solving problems; ability to create and control work plans.
Responsible, honest, and detail- oriented. Strong team player with the ability to work under high pressure.
Strong ability to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed and accurate information.
Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, and experience with SQL, query tools, and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). Python programming skills are an advantage.
Understanding of products and the automotive market is a plus.
Well- developed verbal and written skills with the ability to present information in English.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis roles within large corporations (preferably candidates with expertise in automotive, manufacturing business, operational systems, or related fields).

Ability to analyze existing databases and propose software solutions.
Proficient in office software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
Systematic thinking, proactive work style, and ability to manage personal tasks scientifically.
