Data Analyst Manager

Data Collection and Cleansing:
• Implement data cleaning procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Identify and rectify data anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather raw data from disparate sources.
Data Restructuring and Integration:
• Implement data transformation processes to optimize data usability and accessibility.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Develop strategies for restructuring and organizing raw data into a unified format suitable for analysis.
Data Warehouse Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the data warehouse infrastructure.
• Monitor data warehouse performance and scalability, implementing enhancements as necessary.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Utilize statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets.
• Extract meaningful insights and trends from data to support strategic decision- making.
Reporting Template and Dashboard Development:
• Design and develop customized reporting templates and dashboards tailored to the BOD&039;s informational needs.
• Ensure the visualization of data is intuitive, interactive, and easily comprehensible for non- technical stakeholders.
• Incorporate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the organization&039;s strategic objectives.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
High- level written and verbal communication skills.
Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Bachelor’s degree from university in computer science, statistics or mathematics
Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnical, lay terms.
High- level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large- scale databases.
