Data Analyst

We are looking for a passionate candidate who really loves to work with data. Being a part of the team, you will be involved in project using your skill and knowledge of research process, statistics, reporting and understanding of client needs. Your ultimate goal is delivering perfect quality with demonstrated excellent service mindset to client.
As a Data Analyst you will take charge of all kind of projects in the team. You will participate in all aspects of Data Processing and Reporting service. Your main responsibility is delivering high quality and excellent service to our clients. Together with senior staff, you will be expected to be a good model for junior member. You will contribute important part in building continuous learning and collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with colleagues in Europe to get project requirements
- Process and analyze data using various data processing and analysis tool such as Excel, SPSS, Python, etc.
- Use data visualization and reporting tools to present information
- Schedule QA testing of all deliveries to ensure client satisfaction, quality standards and error-free projects
- Maintain proactive ongoing communication with the client on a project-by-project basis
- Proactively identify and solve problems related to projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/MS degree in Information System, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- Strong with at least one programming language (eg. VB, Python, C, C# etc.)
- Knowledge of statistician software package (eg. SPSS, R, Clementine, etc.) is an advantage
- Understanding of quantitative research is a big plus
