Data Analyst Team Leader/Supervisor

Manage a data team (Data Analyst, Data Engineer) to deliver business goals base on data
Ability to Design and Develop BI Reports, Dashboards and Interactive Visualizations
Build up a data strategy to support the business
Support the company’s Business Units to manage the preparation of reports to assist with the management
Developing, Implementing Data Models, Data Marts for Data Lake / Data Warehouse
Create and update related data documents
Work with other Business Departments and extract/import data into Data Lakes / Data Warehouse.
Work closely with team members, other teams on Operations / Issues related to Data Models, Data Design and Data Process Requirements on daily routines
Do the as- is analysis of the data warehouse and create to- be model solutions
Writing effective and scalable Python codes
Ensure that within your team performance assessment, coaching, OH&S and discipline meet all the company’s guidelines and aspire to always to best practice in all aspects of People Management
Develop and commit to effective service level agreements (SLAs) with divisions

At least 3 years of working experience in the Data lead position with a Bank, Finance Company, Fintech or Large Consultancy company specialising in Data Analytics, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence and Risk Management
Project Management skills are desirable
Experience in Scorecard management or development is desirable
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology or related fields
Clear communication skills in written and verbal forms (English and Vietnamese)
Ability to work in a fast- paced, heavy workload environment
