Data Analytics Manager for Finance and Accounting Department

We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform financial data into knowledge.
A potential candidate we are looking for is having business understanding and problem- solving skills. You should have experience with data and business analysis to be considered. It would be best if you were analytical and a good communicator.

Define key performance indicators with specific objectives and track them regularly
Recognize business requirements in the context of BI to develop Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations and display it in reports to aid decision- making
Advise and involve to process building up data warehouse for finance & accounting department
Issue guidelines, training and advise to end users matters relating to Power BI reports
Maintain and develop current financial Power BI reports and update based on business situation and overall strategies
A Data Analytics Manager&039;s primary responsibility is to transform raw financial data into relevant insights via interactive and simple- to- understand dashboards and reports

Types of automatic reports including:

Management package reports (Group and segment reports)
Consolidated financial statements package
Other operation management reports as requested
Working capital management reports (AR, AP, Inventory)

Good communication skills to work with team and other internal departments successfully
Have business understandings, analytical thinking for convert data into relevant reports, dashboards and have advanced skills in user experience design
Experience with BI tools and data warehouse (familiar with SAP and AWS is preferable)
Have background in finance and accounting (FP&A at FMCG company or IFRS background is an advance) with at least 6 – 7 years of experience.
Knowledge of BI application security layer models
Prior experience in financial data- related tasks, mastery in data analytics and systemize reports
