Data Analytics Officer

Collect and consolidate data from multiple departments: Production, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, QA, Sales.
Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic dashboards.

· Evaluate performance vs. Budget, Forecast, and Corporate KPIs.

Perform other tasks assigned by line leader.
Prepare strategic reports for weekly, monthly meetings.
Build, maintain and automate management reports, dashboards and KPI tracking systems for managers and the Board of Directors.
Provide insights, early warnings and improvement suggestions based on data analysis.
Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI or other tools.
Working hours:
08:00 – 17:00.
The company provides
shuttle bus from Dong Nai, Binh Duong – Tay Ninh route

Good English communication.
Strong in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power point) and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
Ability to see both big pictures and details
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
College degree or higher in Data Science, Economics or related fields.
2- 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing company is required.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and cross- functional coordination skills.
