Data Cleanser and Masterdata Management Analyst (Work in Malaysia)

Data Cleansing during DC Cycle：
• Perform the bi-weekly/monthly data extraction during DQ cycle from legacy system
• Ongoing business validation of vendors & clients against supporting documents in local language
• Regular data cleansing activities incl. monthly golden list generation, data enrichment in both English and Vietnamese
• Collect cleansed remediation files from OpCos, cleanse remediation files for Global Vendors & Clients
• Deep dive session based on the bi-weekly / monthly interim data
Data Cleansing during Cutover:
• Recon extracted Adept data or manual template data to sub-ledger report
• Manual template collection from OpCos and upload to Sharepoint
• Cleansed remediation files for Global Vendors and Clients.
• Data Extraction from Adept and upload to Sharepoint
• Cleansed remediation files collection and upload to Sharepoint
• Performing quality check for manual templates and Utility extracts before PDT Staging
• Delta Load Data Extraction (CBP, Vendor, Job) from Adept and upload to Sharepoint
Masterdata
• Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to SOP and SLA
• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as and when required
• Maintains (creates, amends, inactivates and/or deletes) the master data integrity in all ERP systems and/or banking systems or portals based on approved master data change requests received and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively identifies, proposes, and implements continuous improvement initiatives within existing processes
• Maintains proper change records on changes made, including generates reports for review and approval
• To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and the completeness of the transaction processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
