JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate API integration to streamline system interoperability and enhance functionality across business applications
Promote a data- informed culture within the company, translating technical data insights into business- friendly communications
Leverage Microsoft SQL Server to develop and execute complex queries, drawing critical data insights to support business decisions
Develop and lead training sessions to drive effective adoption of new technologies, ensuring comprehensive user understanding and capability
The job purpose of Data and Digital Business Partner is integral to merging our technical and business departments, facilitating the translation of complex data into actionable insights, and spearheading the strategic application of digital solutions across the company
Oversee the design and implementation of digital applications, including web and mobile platforms, to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency
Manage local and international project initiatives, focusing on project planning, resource allocation, and budget management
Provide troubleshooting and first- level support for digital tools and systems, maintaining high standards of performance and user satisfaction
Act as the primary intermediary between technical teams and business units, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Management and Maintenance Applications
Assist in analysing and troubleshooting digital applications and data reporting issues reported by end users
Provide online or online training to end- user
Creating and updating documentation and procedures guidelines for digital applications to users
Daily monitor all transactions within systems to ensure all their correctness and availability
Project Support
Lead project as Project Manager or coordinate project as representative member of Data and Digital department
Support testing, after care phase for all digital applications deployment within agreed scope
Other duties as assigned
Data & Digital Business Partner
Analyze business requirement to understand the need and may provide solution for new application/tool
Periodic checking user operation, to ensure processes are followed thoroughly, and provide training per request
Expanding scope of use of application across department within BU, or across BU per request
Analyze issue/problem to find rootcause and recommend action for correction, on both short- term and long- term perspective
Communicate with business department to receive requirement, clarify needs and create documentation of requirement, with clear expected result. Then, discuss with Data and Digital department to find the suitable solution

Be able to provide efficient assistance to digital applications and data reporting users, training, resolution of issues in daily operation, on gathering new business requirements and guidance in the testing process
