Data Engineer

What you will do
We are looking for a Junior/Middle Engineer who will join our Data team to be responsible for maintaining data pipelines, transforming data from various sources into the data warehouse, and optimizing system performance.

Develop & maintain data pipelines/processing/storages/consuming to align with the business requirements
Maintain data platform
Collaborate with Data Analyst to:
Crawling data, migrate data
Assist with data- related technical issues and infrastructure
Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
Explore ways to enhance data quality and data governance
Optimize query performance, review and merge code
Develop analytical tools and programs

Knowledge of data pipelines and workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow, DBT)
Experience with docker
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Information Technology
Experience with SQL; Python; DBT, Power BI/Metabase
Working knowledge of AWS tools (e.g Redshift, DMS, EC2, S3, Kinesis)
Working knowledge with APIs and crawl data tools (e.g scrapy, selenium, bs4)
Hands- on experience with version control tools (e.g git, gitlab)
