Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at Bravebits, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to support the collection, storage, and analysis of large- scale data sets. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable solutions that drive actionable insights and business growth.

Building and maintaining data pipelines to move data from source to target automatically and efficiently.
Analyzing and processing data from various sources to prepare for analysis and reporting.
Optimizing the performance of the data system by optimizing queries, increasing processing speed, and minimizing waiting time.
Resolving issues related to data performance, security, and consistency.
Ensuring data security through the implementation of security measures such as encryption, access control, and monitoring of inappropriate activities.
Monitoring and maintaining the data system to ensure it operates stably and meets the company&039;s needs.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining databases, including databases (SQL/NoSQL), data warehouses, and data lakes.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ability to analyze and solve complex issues related to data performance, security, and consistency.
Understanding of database principles, data storage, and distribution systems.
Willingness to learn and improve skills related to data and new technologies.
Experience working with tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Javascript, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira/G- Suites, Confluence, or similar. Priority experience with Google Cloud BigQuery or other Google Cloud services preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position.
While not a prerequisite, it is advantageous if you have:
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience in e- commerce, SaaS industries.
International certification in Data Engineering (AWS, CCA, CCP, IBM Certified Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, etc.).

Salary and benefits:

Full salary will be provided during the trial period.
Quarterly bonuses will be based on project achievements after the probation period.
Salary: negotiable with the possibility of salary increments or promotions every 6 months.
13th- month bonus and legal insurance.
