Data Engineer (Fluent English, 3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented Azure Data Operations Engineer to join our data integration team. This role is responsible for managing, monitoring, optimizing, and enhancing data workflows and services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring data availability, integrity, and performance across our cloud- based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Pipeline Management: Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
• Incident Response: Investigate and resolve data- related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate root cause analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to support data- driven initiatives and deployments.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python, or SQL, Azure CLI scripts for operational tasks and automation.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and up- to- date documentation of operational procedures, configurations, and workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data operations adhere to security policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Education & Experience
• Preferred experience with MS Fabric
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• Strong command of English language
• 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud operations
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent problem- solving and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Azure services: Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL, Key Vault, etc.
