Data Engineer (Junior)

Develop and optimize big data solutions to support business analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Author complex SQL queries and work with various databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all databases.
Develop and update business intelligence reports using BI platforms like Metabase..
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for our data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Provide technical expertise in data models, database design, and data integration processes.

1 year of experience at least
In- depth knowledge of data models, ETL processing, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Knowledge about frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Zookeeper...
Strong problem- solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, particularly Metabase, and experience in developing and updating BI reports.
Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
Proven experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, or similar.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, collaborative team environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Metabase or any related BI tools
Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Experience with SQL queries.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with cloud- based data warehousing solutions.
Master&039;s degree in a related field.
