Data Engineer (Python, SQL)

As Data Analytics in Pixelz you are:
● Work directly with the finance team and recommend solutions and process optimisations.
● Extract and transform data when new data is available from various sources.
● Document every data process, control version, backups.
● Build, maintain and analyze reports in Power BI and models we can use for performance tracking and optimization.
● Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and improvements of the data warehouse mainly for Finance. However, involvement in other data outside of Finance may be relevant.
● Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement in the future
● Provide input on ongoing projects and initiatives to reach business targets; run and assess your proposed actions in collaboration with the relevant teams.

You have more than 3 years of experience in building data warehouses and data analysis.
Technical Skills:
● Google Big Query and Google Cloud Platform.
● Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets.
● Deep understanding of principles of building a data warehouse and data modeling.
● Statistics, Business intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable educational background
● Used to work with API and data sorting.
● Good communication skills in English. Personal skills:
● Good teamworking skills, project management skills
● Good problem- solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced and rapidly changing environment
● Presenting and communicating the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company
● Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions.
