Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company&039;s leaders
Coordinate with Units to automate part or all of operations in the debt settlement process;
Establish and maintain the relationship between the Company and the units in the system to serve the work effectively;
Administration and operation of systems including but not limited to software and information systems;
Receiving, classifying and handling system support requests of the Units;
Deploy data digitization solutions, taking advantage of digital data to simplify work processes;
Comply with policies and procedures promulgated from time to time in order to minimize risks in operations and improve work efficiency.
Report to the Team Lead/Manager/Director on the implementation of periodical/non- periodic reporting or at the request of the Management/Leadership of the Company;
Data architecture, gathering large and complex data to meet debt recovery requirements;

Qualification/Professional:
Experience: 02 years working in the field of Banking/Finance/Computer Science/Information Technology
Graduated from University, majoring in Banking/Finance/Computer Science/Information Technology
English, According to Company&039;s regulations from time to time
