Data Engineer

​Create and maintain optimal and scalable data pipeline architecture
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, CX and Design teams to assist with data- related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources and ‘big data’ technologies.
Codes, tests, and documents new or modified data systems to create robust and scalable applications for data analytics
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re- designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
Occasionally liaise directly with customers to gather and define the analytics requirements
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non- functional business requirements
Automate dataset creation using multiple sources of data

Experience cleaning and analyzing large data sets with appropriate data technologies
Experience with Tableau or other analytic tools
Experience working with Azure and/or AWS Cloud Services
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies and tools
Advanced proficiency creating SQL queries, PowerBI datasets and reports
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
