Position Overview

We’re seeking a Tech Lead with deep experience in data engineering and backend development, who can architect solutions, set direction, and elevate our team’s capabilities.
You will play a pivotal role in technical leadership—shaping how we design, build, and scale our data infrastructure and backend services, while actively mentoring and developing engineers around you.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and modern DevOps practices.
Expertise with FastAPI (or similar Python web frameworks), SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, and containerized/cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience mentoring engineers and helping teams grow sustainably.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and drive consensus.
5+ years of experience in backend development and/or data engineering, with a strong track record of Python- based system design and implementation.
Hands- on experience building and scaling data pipelines, ETL workflows, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Prior experience in fast- paced startup or high- growth environments.
Background in cross- functional or organizational leadership.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD automation, and cloud- native architectures.
