Data Engineering Support (Temp)

Data Understanding & Importing:
· Monitor and improve data governance processes to ensure compliance with data regulations, policies, and standards.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify data requirements and improve data collection and storage processes.
· Design and implement data flows to ensure efficient and reliable data movement (e.g., unit and integration tests).
Data Cleaning & Manipulation:
· Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
· Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes, including:
correcting or removing incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate data within dataset
Extracting and manipulating data in readiness to be uploaded to online systems.
Verifying that data shows accurate information and is consistent across the dataset.
Reporting & Visualization:
· Participate in strategic planning and decision- making related to data analytics and data management within the teams.
· Develop and validate the appropriate metrics to measure success for a given problem.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

· Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, tailoring your message to your audience&039;s level of technical understanding.
· Aability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
· Proficiency with Power BI (Data Visualization and Reporting purposes)
· Proficiency with Python & SQL (inc. strong data analytics skills using Python)
· Experience in data management is preferred.
· Nice to have:
Experience with Saleforce CDP and Marketing Cloud.
Experience working in agile organizations.
Understanding the FMCG industry and business domains is beneficial.
