Job Purposes:
This role within the D&T department at Heineken is vital for spearheading our APAC Data & Analytics Hub. Renowned for delivering cutting- edge innovation, robust technology, and advanced analytics, the D&T department provides Heineken with a significant technological advantage, aligning with our ambitious goals.
This position is pivotal in operationalising our strategy to establish standardised and scalable data foundations across the region and the enterprise, underpinning our commitment to enhancing operational decision- making through high- quality and consistent data.
Position Overview:
The Data Management Hub Lead oversees data governance and quality for an entire region, setting strategic direction, ensuring compliance with global standards, and leading data initiatives across OpCos within the region.
Key responsibilities:
• Adhere to data governance frameworks and policies set by the Head of D&A and the Regional Data Lead, aligning with standards.
• Provide insights for strategic decision- making and future directions.
• Develop and implement an Enterprise- wide Data Model with clear processes.
• Monitor, report on, and analyse data management KPIs.
• Drive the development and adoption of data management best practices.
• Coordinate with Local Data Stewards to ensure data quality and control.
• Enhance collaboration and communication within the APAC region.
• Lead the mentorship and development of Data Stewards/Requestors.
Number of direct reports:
• 3 Data Stewards.
• 3 Data Specialists.

Qualifications/Experience/skills required:
Education & Experience:
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
• Familiar with Service Request tools and ERP systems.
• Regional, multi- site, and multi- cultural experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry and relevant business domains.
• 2+ years in team/project management.
• 8+ years in Data Management with leadership experience.
• Master’s in IT, Data Management, or related field.
