Customer Value Management -
Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Data Manager, RBWM
In this role, you will:
• Employ several programming languages and/or Business Intelligence tools of different utility to integrate and manipulate data from information systems (data warehouses, data marts, system master files, and external data etc.)
• Manage programs to generate standard/ad hoc reporting and data extracts required for analytical decisioning and to support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and campaign management by creating targeted leads and contacts for the mail, telephone and internet channels
• Consult with other departments and functions regarding their usage of available information infrastructure to optimize the business value they receive
• Provid visibility and escalation regarding project status and any issues for resolution.
• Ensure their team’s project/programme approaches and delivery are in line with Group policies/standards
• Deliver precise and timely information management and reporting
• Identify and disseminating best practices
• Prioritize team’s data management projects and collaborate other team members
• Treat customer fairly
