Data Operation Executive

Take other additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Handle the ticketsent by all countries relatedto Freight Management System (Cargo wise)
Daily monitor the global controlling dashboard and followup the communication process to remind and control the respective country to meet the required timelines and qualities.
Standardize,clean- up and maintainthe Master Data in FreightManagement systems.
Work as the data and system offshoring service for Systemupdate for countries or geography who use the outsourcing service.
Review and maintainthe Charge templatein System for Freight sellingand buying rate.

Education and Experience requirements

Experience in Cargo wise (CW1) system, JIRA is preferable.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
The experience background for global forwarderwill be preferable.
Excellent in Microsoft office.
University graduation especially in Logistics, FreightForwarding, Data science,IT applications.

Be organization, able to find information quickly when needed,critical thinking
Communicationin both Vietnamese and English skills is requested.
Especially, be able to work the night shift (17h30 – 22h30) twice or three times a week.
Be patient, detailed, careful, responsible, ability to work under pressure.
Logical thinking and love to work with system and data.
