Data Operation_Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Maintenance:

Accurately enter, update, and manage sales data in Excel spreadsheets and the company’s CRM system.

Reporting and Dashboard Creation:

Prepare, maintain, and present detailed sales reports, dashboards, and visual presentations using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.

Sales Forecasting Support:

Assist in the development of sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends using Excel.

CRM Database Management:

Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer and sales data is current and accurate

Data Accuracy:

Identify and implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and management.

Expense Tracking:

Manage and track sales team expenses, ensuring they are accurately recorded and submitted for reimbursement.

Requirement:

1- 2 years’ experience in Sales Admin/ Sales Operation/ Data Operation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, meticulous and hardworking, have a good attitude.
Experience with CRM systems and sales management software is a plus.
