Kiotviet is Vietnam’s largest POS provider, with over 200,000 merchants across various industries. We are expanding into other South- east Asian countries with our POS offerings and are expanding our product portfolio with new offerings in the fintech space.
What you will do:
- Facilitate effective Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand- ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
- Guide cross- functional teams (Data Scientist, Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Product Executive, QC Engineer) to translate complex data initiatives into actionable product sprints
- Empower each team member to contribute their best, fostering open communication, removing roadblocks, and celebrating successes
- Track and analyze relevant metrics to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt the Scrum approach as needed
- Cultivate a collaborative and agile environment, ensuring smooth execution of data initiatives through Scrum principles and practices

What you should be good at:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Embraces change, readily learns new technologies and methodologies, and stays current in the data and Agile landscape
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles is a plus
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and experience working in cross- functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
