Data Processing Staff

* Daily operation:
** Follow up plan to finish data processing task for inbound:
- Print inbound tally sheet / inbound document before unloading inbound products.
- Reslove any relative issue due to damage / dirty / broken container ( truck / vehicle ), send NC ( abnormal ) report to customer if have any issue for unloading containers.
- Check PO/ASN, contact relevant party if PO/ASN found missing vs plan.
- Track and balance stock between wms and customs system / customer’s system.
** Follow up plan to finish data processing task for outbound:
- Recevice order / run wave to print picking list.
- Create and update Mbolkey for process Outbound documentation.
- Another tasks as requirements from supervisor operations .
- Reporting for system, data issue and following instruction from supervisor / manager to resolve system, data issue if any, follow working instrustion, SOP.
- Send packing report to customer after completed packing (for shortage / overage / damaged)
- Receive sales order release to do consol and run wave for packing.
* Project developing
- Joining new project to set up operation process on testing, and deploying as request.
- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
* End results
- Meet customer KPI and Department KPI

Diploma
* Professional Qualification/Certification:
Preferrably with IT , accounting
* Experience:
Have at least 1 year with relevant experience
Good at Microsoft office especially MS Excel.
Detail oriented, good at data processing task.
Ability to communicate in English by written email
* Priority is given to candidates in Binh Duong
