Data Processor Staff

• Compare client’s documents with supporting data to ensure everything is correct
• Automate manual & repetitive processes
• PRIMARY PURPOSE: To conduct data processing works and basic analysis on client’s contracts, invoices, financial forms, emails, ETC at a very high accuracy and within the agreed timeframe
• Identify any errors related to financial leakage, and create detailed reports to show the error calculations alongside supporting documents
• Save the documents in appropriate working folders and update record keeping logs
• Check / verify the documents accuracy and provide feedback to Manager on wrong data received
• Process the documents into structural data following the guideline with provided tools
• Work alongside team members to improve efficiency
• Regularly check emails and other tools to retrieve new documents from the client

• Undergraduate or similar (Economics / Accounting/ Auditing / Business)
• Good Communication Skills
• English CV is required
• Team Player
• Intermediate English, computer literacy
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical areas of skill.
