As a Product Analyst embedded within a Business Unit, you will sit side- by- side with Product Managers and BU Directors — translating business questions into actionable insights that directly shape game design, LiveOps, and growth strategies.

Spokes are our embedded BI Business Partners. You will be the dedicated data expert for a specific game or BU, deeply understanding its product roadmap, player community, and commercial goals. Your mission is to deliver impactful insights that influence product decisions — from feature prioritization to monetization tuning — while feeding valuable business context back to the central Hub team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
[ Strategic Partnership ]
Proactively identify business questions and analytical opportunities; don’t wait for requests — bring insights to the table.
Serve as the primary data partner to your assigned BU — collaborate daily with Product Managers, Game Designers, and BU Directors to understand priorities and translate them into analytical workstreams.
Co- develop product roadmaps and LiveOps strategies by providing data- driven recommendations grounded in player behavior and market trends.
[ Insight Delivery & Storytelling ]
Conduct deep- dive analyses on player behavior, feature adoption, retention drivers, monetization patterns, and A/B test results specific to your game(s).
Communicate findings through compelling data storytelling — translate numbers into narratives that non- technical stakeholders can act on immediately.
Design and maintain BU- level dashboards and reports that track key product KPIs (Retention D1/D7/D30, ARPDAU, Session Length, Conversion Rate, etc.).
Deliver regular insight reviews and ad- hoc deep dives to guide feature releases, economy balancing, event design, and UA strategy.
[ Product & Growth Analytics ]
Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests and feature experiments; provide statistically rigorous recommendations.
Identify and flag anomalies, risks, or emerging trends in player data that require immediate attention.
Provide data- driven input on puzzle difficulty tuning, level progression, economy balancing, and ad/IAP optimization.
Analyze user funnels, segmentation, and cohort behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth.

Cross- Functional Bridge ]
Contribute learnings and best practices from your BU back to the broader analytics community.
Act as the voice of your BU when interfacing with the Hub team: surface new data needs, propose enhancements to shared tools, and relay business context.
Collaborate with Marketing, UA, and Creative teams on campaign performance analysis and audience insights.
