■Job description
OVERVIEW:
We seek highly motivated data scientists to join our Performance Research team. We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem solving, critical and creative thinking. Performance Researchers draw on the fundamentals of computer science, data science and reverse engineering to identify novel ways to improve the competitiveness of our trading system, so a broad set of interests is ideal, along with a keen
intellect and a voracious appetite for learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the role involves developing hypotheses about how to improve our trading competitiveness, through statistical analysis, reverse engineering and modelling of the networks and trading systems in which we operate, working with terabytes of market and packet data. You’ll then build tooling and software to test these hypotheses in the live market, working closely with our cutting-edge low-latency FPGA developers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- We’re looking for creative, critical thinkers who enjoy taking systems apart to understand the “why”, and using programming or maths in their daily life to solve problems.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in either data science, and a demonstrated history of successful problem-solving.
- They should know at least one data analysis language, like Python or R, and one higher-performance language like C or C++, as the work will require custom data processing that’s not easy to do efficiently in a language like Python.
- The ideal candidate would also have a strong familiarity with low-level programming and the OS/network stack.
Interest in and knowledge of financial markets is a plus.

■WORKING CONDITION
　Working time：Mon-Fri ：9:00-18:00

Có 1 số vị trí yêu cầu kiểm tra trực tuyến để sàng lọc các ứng cử viên. Một số không có. Tất cả các vị trí yêu cầu tối thiểu 2 vòng phỏng vấn:
+ 1 vòng với đội VN để xem ứng viên có phù hợp với văn hóa không.
+ Vòng 1 hoặc 2 với đội Singapore để kiểm tra kiến thức kỹ thuật.
Hiện tại chúng tôi tiến hành phỏng vấn trực tuyến, thời lượng 1 giờ. Nó sẽ được tiến hành trong Hangout Meet, do đó bạn sẽ cần chỉ cho ứng viên cách thực hiện. Đối với cuộc phỏng vấn, sau 1-2 tuần chúng tôi sẽ có phản hồi cho các ứng viên (nhưng thực tế thông thường chúng tôi sẽ có phản hồi trong vòng 3-5 ngày làm việc)

Lưu ý về bài Test:
- C++ / C++ Algo/ DevOps: bài test sẽ có trên test portal của công ty. Link test có hiệu lực trong vòng 3 ngày. Thời gian kiểm tra sẽ được tính khi ứng viên nhấp vào liên kết. Ứng viên có thể chọn làm bài kiểm tra vào các ngày trong tuần và cuối tuần nhưng nếu họ làm vào các ngày trong tuần, kết quả của họ sẽ đến trước-> phỏng vấn trước-> nhiều cơ hội hơn để được tuyển dụng.
- Senior quant / Data scientist: bài Test sẽ được gửi qua email cho các ứng viên. Họ có 48/24 giờ để làm bài kiểm tra => 
Công ty có thể gửi bài kiểm tra muộn nhất vào lúc 6 giờ tối Thứ Sáu để ứng viên có cuối tuần để làm test bởi vì những bài kiểm tra này rất khó.
