Data Scientist - AI Engineer

- Identify best practices and provide recommendations for integrating AI to optimize services and improve the customer experience
- Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to enhance our development and reporting capabilities for clients
- Research and evaluate AI/ML technologies aligned with the company&039;s needs
- Contribute to the implementation of AI solutions across our IT systems, business applications, and data management processes

- Proficiency in programming languages: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit- Learn)
- Knowledge of the construction/infrastructure sector is a plus
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data analytics techniques like regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks etc.
- Experience with databases (SQL)- Knowledge of big data tools is a plus (Hadoop, Spark)
- Strong analytical, problem- solving and model- building skills
- Experience with large language models (GPT, Claude 3), multi agent system and prompt engineering is a plus
